Order Processing Time
All orders placed on our platform will be processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging, ensuring your items are properly inspected before shipment.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT-04:00). Orders placed before 2:00 PM will start processing on the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Order Shipping Time
Shipping time varies slightly depending on your specific location within Canada. After your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, logistics disruptions).
Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden fees associated with shipping; the total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you need to pay.

Currently, we only offer shipping services within Canada.
Delivery Partner
We cooperate with UPS as our official delivery partner to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. For large or bulky items (e.g., oversized pet beds, large pet apparel packages), we will arrange truck delivery. The truck driver will contact you in advance to inform you of the estimated delivery time, ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
Order Cancellation & Refund
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our customer service immediately. We will not charge any additional handling fees and will provide a full refund to your original payment method, which will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply, and order cancellation will no longer be available. In this case, please follow our return and refund process if you need to return the item after receipt.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the UPS tracking page.
You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status and location of your shipment on the UPS official website. If you have registered an account on our platform, you can also track your order, shipping, and handling information directly in your account.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after your order is processed, please contact our customer service for assistance.
